Free shipping is currently available to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Orders are carefully prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 6–11 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 7–12 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on current shipping conditions, demand, or customs processing.

Whenever possible, orders are shipped directly from our logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive items at different times — this is normal and simply means the rest of your order is on its way.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make changes. However, you may contact us if you wish to return an item after delivery.
